"Awesome sci-fi action game demo with two satisfying levels"
This free demo for Half-Life 2 is one of the most highly-anticipated demos in recent memory, and it turns out it is also highly playable. It’s a great opportunity to get a taste of the action and graphics quality in the new game before you decide if you want to buy the full version of Half-Life 2 or not. As you will see in the demo, the graphics here are truly spectacular, the plot is engaging from beginning to end, and you will be left wanting more.
The Half-Life 2 demo is divided into two different levels, one in which you take on more of a spectator role, and another where you will go into battle against the alien lifeforms. In the first level, you’ll meet Gordon as he arrives to City 17. You’ll get to know the game universe, interact with the different characters, and enjoy the different settings in all their splendor.
In the second level of the Half-Life 2 demo, you’ll go to Raven Holm, where the aliens have become a force to be reckoned with and even recruited some earthlings as their allies. You will have to face them all in a nice, long level that won’t leave you feeling shortchanged. The battle will leave you at the doorstep of the next big adventure.
